No need to download an app from the Google or Apple stores.
iPhone
1. Open the Safari browser and go to your building’s Ohana website. Please use Safari; Apple does not allow the Chrome browser to add mobile apps.
2. Tap the Share Button: At the bottom of the Safari browser, tap the “Share” icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).
3. Add to Home Screen: In the share menu that appears, select “Add to Home Screen.” Then, tap “Add” to confirm.
Android
Option 1:
1. Open Chrome and navigate to your building’s Ohana website.
2. When the ‘Install app’ pop-up appears, tap it. If this pop-up does not appear, use Option 2.
Option 2:
1. Open Chrome and navigate to your building’s Ohana website.
2. Access the Menu: Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser.
3. Tap “Add to Home Screen” from the dropdown menu.
These steps will install the mobile app on your device.
